NiteConnect Alerts provides you with the option to receive text message alerts whenever another user leaves you a new message. If you are accessing the Service by voice connection, by remaining on the Service beyond the point where you are prompted that you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you are accepting the charges presented to you for the selected Mobile Services program.
